Is EssayExpert legit? Is it a scam? Can you trust them with your homework? In this EssayExpert review, I’ll share my experience with the company, and I hope it will help you make the right choice when it comes to buying papers online.
At first glance, this site looks straightforward and clean, a perfect combination of modern design and usability. However, the good impression is quickly ruined by the typos, poor formatting, weird numbers, and random statements about the superior quality or expert writers.
While the company states it’s office is in Atlanta, I seriously doubt it is US-based and that their writers are native speakers.
Of course, I did not stop at browsing the website and went looking for EssayExpert Reddit reviews. Can you guess how many I found? Zero! The same happened with Trustpilot and SiteJabber.
Either the company is so new, they have no real customer feedback, or their customers have nothing to say about the quality of the service they get. I think the former is more likely. If you stumble upon Reddit EssayExpert discussions, let me know, I might change my opinion.
Quality of Service
Is EssayExpert reliable when it comes to quality and punctuality? They have one of these down pat, and the other one is seriously lacking. I got an email notification with the essay preview in the nick of time, and I did not pay much attention to the piece, as it was due within hours.
I should have known better. The professor did not enjoy poor research or awkward phrasing. You should have seen her comments! I have never felt so embarrassed in my life!
If you take nothing else from this EssayExpert review, at least remember to set the deadline way before your submission time and check the piece before approving it.
Pricing and Deadlines
Before writing this EssayExpert review, I ordered a 3-page college essay on a 3-day deadline, and it cost just under $70. It’s not the lowest price I’ve ever seen, but not the highest either.
According to the Prices page, the company’s rates start at $10, while the homepage states the lowest price is $9.97. The difference is tiny, but the lack of attention to detail is telling.
Besides, the lowest prices are available for orders on a 20-day deadline, and even a two-week period will bump up the cost to $12 per page. And that’s for high school writing.
College papers start at $12 and go up to $41 (on a 3-hour deadline). As is typical for writing companies, admission help is the most expensive ($41 to $197 per page).
The only upside to the pricing is a bonus program that adds 10% of your approved order’s price to your store credit. It’s a pleasant treat for regular customers, which I am not.
Types of Papers
I was surprised to find no reliable essay.expert reviews online, as the company offers to take over all paper types you can imagine. The most common include essays, dissertations, term and research papers. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a new addition to the order form – Online Lecture to Summary.
As I understand it, the writer can attend an online class in your stead and provide notes for your use. The pricing is higher than those of an essay, and I’m not sure how you can set the right number of pages in advance. Still, this service is a perfect solution for anyone taking remote classes.
When I first got a glimpse of the add-ons the company offers, I started wondering, “Is EssayExpert scam?” For one, there are no prices in the order form. You can check the box and watch the order total go up.
It’s a trial and error process that doubled my payment, with most of the special features checked. I would never spend so much on a simple essay, so I chose none in the end.
If you are in the mood to waste money, you can add a plagiarism report or an abstract page to your order. You might want VIP service or one of the TOP 10 writers to work on your piece.
My essay might have been better, had I chosen Advanced writer option, but I think it should have been much more articulate and well-written without extra fees.
You will not find this in any of the EssayExpert reviews on their website, but the support team is only helpful until you start asking questions about a refund.
Once you request your money back, they will either ignore you, become rude and distant, or block your messages altogether. I went through all of these stages, and it was a waste of time and money, like my whole ordeal with EssayExpert.
