Paper had various spelling error. I had to correct the writer on a particular error on the meaning of FEMA on the beginning paragraph, oh and the first word on the title introduction is mis-spelled . The introduction is the most crucial part of a paper and this sets the tone. The writer didn't quote the referenced materials in the reference page. There should be someone or the writer conducting a spell check prior submitting to customer.
