I had an outline that was done by one of your PRO writers a few weeks ago and I submitted this outline so the writer could use it to complete this order. The writer does not look at the overall quality and connection of the paper. The introduction and conclusion is not coherent with the inclusion of the paper. The topics that I actually asked for are more or less neglected and the writer keeps filling the paper with irrelevant materials that I the end will have to make up for in the end.
